目的 探讨三维超声在胎儿产前检查中的临床应用价值。方法 利用三维超声表面成像、透明成像及多平面成像技术对具有高危因素孕妇的胎儿进行中孕期检查。结果 720例胎儿超声检查中能获取较理想的三维超声图像的有662例,占91.94%;产后或尸检证实胎儿结构异常44例:其中体表畸形32例,三维超声产前确诊31例,占96.87%;内脏畸形12例,三维超声产前确诊8例,占66.67%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不能获取较理想三维超声成像的有58例,占8.06%。结论 三维超声成像能提高胎儿结构显示的清晰度,图像立体直观,并能反映病变部位与周围结构的关系,在胎儿的产前检查中具有重要的临床应用价值,尤其在体表畸形方面。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the three-dimensional ultrasonography in fetuses in the prenatal care. Methods The pregnant women with high risk factors in second trimester pregnancy were tested by three-dimensional ultrasonography with surface imaging technique, transparent multi-planar imaging technique and multi-planar imaging technique for their fetuses. Results 720 cases of fetuses can obtain the desired three-dimensional ultrasonography imaging of the three modes in 662 cases, accounting for 91.94%, which found 44 cases of fetal structural abnormalities by postnatal or autopsy confirmed, surface deformity in 32 cases, three-dimensional ultrasonography can confirm the diagnosis 31 cases, accounting for 96.87%, visceral deformity in 12 cases, three-dimensional ultrasonography can confirm the diagnosis 8 cases, accounting for 66.67%, the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05); can not get the ideal three-dimensional ultrasonography imaging in 588.06%. Conclusion The three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can improve the display of fetal structure clarity and intuitive, three-dimensional visual imaging, and can reflect the structure of the lesion and surrounding the relationship between prenatal care in the fetus has important clinical value, especially in the diagnosis of deformity body surface area.
