经腹VCI-C技术在诊断胎儿小脑蚓部畸形中的临床应用 [中文引用][英文引用]

目的 探讨经腹3VCI-C技术检测胎儿小脑蚓部畸形的价值。方法 采用GE公司Voluson E8三维超声诊断仪,应用3VCI-C技术来获得胎儿小脑蚓部正中矢状切面,并对其进行形态学观察及生物测量。结果 按照Malinger等提出的分类方法诊断Dandy-Walker畸形 DWM3例,小脑蚓部发育不全(VA5例,小脑蚓部发育不良(VH2例,Blake陷窝囊肿(BPC4例,颅后窝池蛛网膜囊肿(PFAC5例,颅后窝池扩张(MCM4例。2例经尸解证实,5例产后经颅脑MRI证实。结论 经腹VCI-C技术可以简便、有效地获得小脑蚓部正中矢状切面,可以较客观地评价胎儿小脑蚓部畸形。

Objective To investigate the value of detecting fetal cerebellar vermisCVmalformation with transabdominal Volume Contrast Imaging Plus C Plane3VCI-C. Methods 3VCI-C provided by Voluson E8 was applied to obtain sagittal plane of CV, observed the morphological and acquired measurements. Results According to the Malinger Classification3 fetuses were DWM,5 were VA,2 were VH,4 were BPC,5 were PFAC and 4 were MCM.2 cases were confirmed by autopsy, 5 were confirmed by MRI after delivery. Conclusions Transabdominal VCI-C can be applied to obtain sagittal plane of CV simply and effectively, this technology can objectively evaluate the fetal cerebellar vermis malformation.
